Is that a one-time fee? Here in Virginia you pay a fee to title the vehicle initially and a twice-yearly "Personal Property Tax" based on the assessed valuation of the vehicle. Most states have had to become more "creative" in how they raise revenue! No state sales tax in Delaware either.

It is a one time fee then it goes to a normal fee. Although De. has no sales tax it is a "creative" way to generate income which is what I'm trying to avoid.
