Good to hear from you. You had a rocking Impala SS. In fact Corbitt Marshburn bought from you. Set it up to run F/PS and set National Records with it. Dennis ...the Baby LT1 in the 94 - 96 is a much better engine .. D |

Dennis, the 91 is in the guide. With todays stand-alone electronics, it could probably be pretty good. It's the same as the Olds wagon that Al Provost ran way back when. He was using the stock electronics though. It could go stupid fast and then not.

When my 1996 LT1 Trans Am was a street car, I ran the factory computer quite a while. A FAST XFI & crank trigger is faster. The factory distributors don't like 7000 RPM real well either.

Not in the "Orca" Olds. I don't think that he ran it for very long.

He ran a 403 Olds in the last Buick wagon.
The 305 car was new from Oldsmobile Racing at the time, I believe. 91 Vista Cruiser. He didn't care much for it. It wouldn't respond to the usual tricks. I think he sold it to someone in the Rosebush bunch. Would have made a neat tow car, if anyone is still so inclined.
