Has anyone used a ws6 hood + stock air lid without air filter on firebirds
Can you see any gains? or just a open Tb better. choise. |

I found nothing. Tape over the two small hood "scoops", still runs the same.

Ed you crushed my Pontiac ram air dreams (just joking)
I know you have long experience tunning + racing these gen4 F-bodys, so i have to look somwhere else for hp. But at least the ws6 hood looks fast. |

I used to run a Firehawk hood on my 97 . It would slow down a bit if I kept the lid and the filter in place , so I would run it with the baseplate and the coupling . Also the WS6 hood is a lot lighter than a steel hood , so that's a plus !
