Default Pat at Tech West ignitions

Has anyone heard from Pat at Tech West ignition repair lately? I have a friend who sent him his MSD box about two months ago and hasn’t heard a thing back after there initial phone conversation. He left messages and no reply; this is not like Pat who has always been fast to respond!

Thanks

actually based on what I have read, it is like him and this is been going on for at least 4 years, many have posted their negative experience with him on several forums.

Here's a few...

Although my dealings with pat have always been timely, he has gathered some negative feedback from some racers. I thought I saw where he was dealing with a sick family member but, I could be mistaken....

Ever time I send Pat my stuff he keeps in contact with me. I have never waited over a week for repairs, including transit. Don't see a concern here!

Same with me, I believe I've sent Pat stuff (for myself and others) 6 or 7 times, never had an issue with contact or having to wait. And, yes, I've seen the complaints - none here.

I had a nice lengthy chat with Pat on 7/29. I left him a message and he returned the call. What was said about family issues is true. He has been on the other side of the country dealing with them. He has just experienced the same family issue I and a lot of other people do with parents.
I'm boxing up a damaged box to send to him. Just be patient. Sometimes family comes first. I know because there are some pretty good guys waiting a long time on me to get their work done. Thanks guys, you are all appreciated. My Dad came first.

Thanks for the update on Pat and will pass the information along to my friend. We suspected it may be something as described and for sure family comes first.
