15 x 3.5 front M/T wheels with 26" ET drag tires weigh 18 lbs each.

for comparison...

15 x 4" Centerline Convo-Pro wheels with M/T Sportsman (street) tires weigh 24 lbs each.

Ed:
Besides a small difference in weight, the main difference between mounting a given tire on a 3.5" verses a 4" is that the tire contact patch will be less on the 3.5 than on the 4. This equates to less rolling resistance. Also the 3.5 is preferred by drivers without power steering as the "crowned" tire tread steers a little quicker with a lighter feel (again due to the less contact area.) Some will argue that this difference is very small, while others will tell you that you can feel the difference in cars without power steering.

So many of those styles of wheel look similar with the fronts, but I really like the rear wheels. They just look better with the larger openings in ther star pattern. Lane

Alan:
Wheel weight gets confusing because of all the various combinations out there. For instance, a spindle mount wheel will usually weigh more than a bolt on, but they are usually weighed with the brgs/races and a cap where the bolt-on is usually weighed without. To give you some general examples(without knowing which style specifically): Weld magnum 1-piece bolt-on 7.2 lbs.
Weld A-Star 2 piece bolt-on 9.9 lbs.
American Racing Trackstar
1-piece bolt-on 8.5 lbs.
Amer 15" Torq Thrust spindle
Mount (w/o brgs, races, cap) 8.9 lbs.
Weld A-Star 17" spindle
mount (w/o brgs, races, cap) 6.9 lbs.
Amer Racing 17" Fastlane
Spndl mnt (w/o brgs, etc.) 8.0 lbs.
I will have to get a hold of some 15x10's to weigh. Will report back later.

While your at it, could you supply a link on the various race wheels with pictures? I couldn't find the TrackStar on your website.
Thanks!
