here is the Jeff Wittig and Doug Betteral mustang SS/F. they set the record in 1976. I think this an old drag team car they bought from Bill Ireland

The Wittig & Betteral Mustang was on the cover of Super Stock Magazine, special Ford edition, back in the mid 70s. Last time I saw the car, it had been turned into a "Pro Street" car, and was at Bremerton Raceway with a supercharged FE under the hood, in the mid 80s.

Did Whittig have two Mustangs? Stock & super stock? Post 24 says it is now owned by Rusty Hall. Post 50 says it was a pro street car in the mid 80's.
