where did the rule book go?

went to look at the rule book on nhraracer.com and I can't find it. where did it go?

Go to nationaldragster.net, login using your NHRA member number and pass word, click on Member Benefits, click on NHRA rulebook. It will download as PDF file.

My membership expired and about 6 months later NHRA sent me an offer, $10.00 off renewing my membership and a FREE 2015 $10.00 rulebook!
What a deal!
