Off the Johnny Rivers topic but...Dean Tait himself in this link states his was a "Dick Landy" car.

I know for a fact that Fred carrs original Hemi dart was sold to john rivers. Fred only had the car a very short time before he got into trouble and had to sell it.

Bob only had one factory LO23. The original owner was John Hooper. Dean Tait had the car after Lambeck. My opinion is that the LO23 car that was owned by John Rivers was later rebodied, this is the car that was owned by Frazer Dante-Craig Jackson- and the last I knew was in Florida painted black. The car had John Rivers and the others on title work and a lot of original parts but sadly in my opinion was rebodied Fred E

So what about the statement from Dean Tait that his car was a "Dick Landy" car?

I've seen the car in person, up close.
