Default AFCO front shock re valve question

I've seen a post on Facebook about somebody out there who will re valve a AFCO double adj shock to get rid of the issue we have with the rebound setting on these brand new socks and set them to your specifications that your looking for . Any info on to the name or contact info would be appreciated . Thanks Bob
