Coan XLT Turbo 350 Issues

Popped the cap off and yup there is a jet there. Didn't look at the size. Coan made no suggestion. They want to see the Trans back. So I am hoping they will be able to help me out, since this is the second failure.

Hard to believe that Coan would make a mistake like that. I sure they will refund the freshen .
