I found in the rule updates. They took out the word "lateral".

Is it really necessary to say "lateral" when referring to gas porting pistons? You wouldn't port a piston vertically, would you? Sounds like they just cleaned up their English. Nothing better to do.

Vertical gas ports have been around forever. We just could not use them until now.
Standard deal in Comp & Pro Stock.
