"I.had a similar problem with mine years ago. I don't recall if it was the same code as you are getting though. Mine ended up being the circuit board. Replaced it and it started right up."
Same here but mine is older so no codes it just wouldn't run when you released the button I too replaced the circuit board and that fixed it. (Please be seated before asking the price of the circuit board . )

Took it to Cummins/Onan in Orlando. They found it to be a bad bearing on the winding shaft. They had to completely tear the unit apart. They were good to me and did it under warrantee. It would have been $1100. Got it back and first time out it quit after exactly one hour of work. Took it back and the fuel pump was bad. They replaced the pump and filter. $349. I haven't taken the RV out since then. Just bought an extended warrantee from Good Sams. It will probably come in handy. Jim
.Bill, I found a circuit board on ebay for $325 from a dealer out West. Didn't need it and they took it back! .

Ive got big problems with my Onan too.How come its always an Onan with troubles? Just over 100 hrs on mine and its ben out of the RV as much as in it...LOL.DR

Why do we read about Onan problems ? I feel it is because there are so many of them out there in use. No other company is making RV type generators in the numbers Onan does. A 100 hr generator is under warrantee and no matter what the problem is it should be repaired by a competent dealer. I have repaired units 2 years old in commercial applications under Cummins-Onan warrantee.
