Andy , check out the K&R switch panel and wireing kit .
Best bang for the buck , very complete and bullet proof . Has very high grade wire with twisted Pairs for ignition input and coil. . It has an integrated relay ,fuse and termination panel . Even has heat shrink tube and big quality terminals.

I went with a company called EZ Wiring when I redid my 85 Mustang. Nice kit and pretty easy to install. It is GM based like the majority of them but putting it into my FORD wasn't a big deal overall. I paid around $175 for the kit. 18 circuit kit I believe.
