I just did the same thing again, clicked "Rules" and now the 2014 book downloads! I guess the west is just a day late. . .often more than a dollar short.

Just look at it this way, if there are no rule changes in Stock, it will not cost you more money to race your Stock Eliminator car. Let's leave sleeping dogs lie.
