I couldn't find any exhaust tethers listed, not even a section for it so no Lokar product there. Suspect they are getting ready to update the product listings.

BTW, I couldn't find any such domain name searching Collector Tethers but perhaps its a start up business just getting set up...somebody on here will probably know about the product and update us

That's only a quick reference chart. Only when it is added into the Stock Eliminator section is when it becomes mandatory.

Chuck,

The Quick Reference chart lists Section 20 (General Regulations) Paragraph 2:14 Transmissions

All vehicles running quicker than 10.99 seconds (*6.99) or faster than
135 mph (except some Stock and Super Stock classes as noted
under Class Requirements) and using an automatic transmission
must be equipped with a transmission shield meeting SFI Spec 4.1
and labeled accordingly. (“Blanket”-type shield, appropriately
labeled as meeting SFI Spec 4.1, permitted.) All non-blanket-type
shields must incorporate two (or one, per manufacturer’s
instructions) 3/4 x 1/8-inch straps that bolt to the shield on each
side and pass under the transmission pan, or transmission pan
must be labeled as meeting SFI Spec 4.1. Permitted in all classes
where an automatic transmission is used.

There is no specific mention of a Automatic "transmission shield" in the Stock Class rules, Section 10A.

Chuck

I posed this specific question to B. Bachelder when this discussion came up here a while ago.
.

Stockers are exempt for the Flex Plate and Transmission Shield requirement!

With some stockers running deep in the 8's???? Yea right...cars faster than 10.99 require them, general regs apply.
