Cobra Jet Showdown August 23-25th

The rules now penalize cars that are left in their original configuration. Very disappointing to spend that kind of money on the asset, then have the builders/hosts themseleves implement rules that basically penalize those who do not modify their investments!

Mr. Larry,

Those combos will not technically be "heads up." They will be handicapped by index with no breakouts. So, a CIC format if you will. The only group that will be true heads up will be the SS 4.0 liter cars.

Again, the problem with the current rules are the weights. The heaviest minimum weight for any combo is 3,325 with driver. I can promise you that none of the cars previous to 2013 can get that light without major modifications! Thus, penalizing those that have left their investment in original conditions, instead of rewarding them.
