Powder Chroming Wheels?

Has anyone powder chromed wheels? Looking at having old Cragar SS wheels done and was wondering if anyone has gone that route and how it turned out? Astronomically cheaper than having them redone back to original.

It works well over chrome, or polished aluminum. As long as they know what they're doing.
