![]() It was originally sold to Mark Alessio (same guy who owns the silver 69 Camaro Mike Welfel won Indy in) and painted silver. Last I heard, it was painted black (Alessio had painted it silver) and a street car in Ohio. Yes, it was a seriously bad ride. Harry was a holy terror in that car, and Tucker Parrish was always a threat when the 4 speed was in. I was a fool to not take Harry up on what he offered me. But I was in the middle of buying a house at the time. That 69 Chevelle would have been a far better investment.
