In the past I have always heard to run Red Alto clutches and Kolene steels in my transmissions (which I have), but I am thinking about switching over to the ATI kit that utilizes different friction materials since I am very pleased with other ATI products I have been running.
Does anyone have experience with the ATI kits and would they be recommended over the "name brand" clutches and steels? Thanks in advance Chad |

Most of ATI kits use either Allomatic or Borg Warner frictions.
I use quite a few of their kits and have no issues, however on some very hi HP 3speeds I still use the Alto's

Thanks Tom. This is definitely "low horsepower" so I think I will give the ATI parts a try this time.
