Cool 327 head gaskets?

Who makes a stamped steel SBC head gasket .038-.040" thick compressed? Got a deck height issue I'm trying to correct. Also, what is the part number? Thanks!!

There is no single steel or stainless shim gasket I'm aware of.

Cometic has an MLS gasket that will be in that range, you can pick your bore size, and you can use them 3-5 times if you're careful. They pay for themselves that way.

We use cometic head gaskets all the time. They make nice stuff. As Alan said, they can be reused several times. I just tried out their mls header gaskets recently, and they are awesome! Tell them the thickness, bore size and engine.
