Yes. It is sticky and slippery at the same time.

I use Torco RTF (racing trans. fluid) in all my manuals, car and truck.

I was running the red line shock proof but jerico told us to take it out and use mobil-1 75/90 instead.

I`ve also been using the Redline "light shock" in my Jerico (the blue stuff), I used to fill the trans to the fill plug, but I think I will try 1 quart next fluid change.
I also use Redlines "heavy shock" oil (the pink stuff), in my diff, as mentioned, this stuff clings like crazy! Earlier this year I pulled the diff cover after the car sat over the winter, and there was still oil clinging to the top of the case.
And speaking of Jericos, am I the only guy who has troubles with gear oil seeping out the front? Its not the input shaft seal, i`m guessing it must be from the cluster shaft area. It doesn`t drip onto the ground, but always seems to have a drop sitting at the bottom of the scattershield.Any easy fix?

No, you aren't alone, but it might be time for a new steel bushing in the front of the case. When that gets loose, bad stuff can follow. You can order a new bushing from Jerico if the case is ok. If you know someone that can machine a bushing, you can do a custom one if the hole for the bushing is loose.

They all leak. The one I have now is only a slow leak. My old one leaked so bad my son had to wipe it off in the staging lanes before the run. LOL

Sounds like mine. I got an oversized bushng from Jerico and it's a lot better for now. They make several sizes of bushings so it's a known problem.

I run 1 quart of Royal Purple 75/90 and so far so good. The more you change it the better but I do want to try the redline products to see if there's a difference. Also, we just put some silicon on the front countershaft area it seems to help with the slow leak issue just clean the area really good with some brake clearer and it should be good.

I got the HD case, top loader only, of A206 aluminum. No leaks.
