Greg took his time to build this gem, did it right and this was the initial shakedown. He needs some seat time....nice mph...130.

The more you look this car over the cooler it gets! Of course, it has to be a stick to really peg the cool o meter. Did that!

No, they actually built more automatics then they did sticks. Most were converted to sticks soon after delivery though. Ford via Dearborn Steel Tubing actually sold a conversion "kit" to switch from auto to stick.

Great looking Thunderbolt. That being said, the weight bolted to the rollbar braces could cause a problem in tech.

Like Jody said they made more auto's than sticks. I'm not 100% sure but I've heard numbers of like 35 auto's and 15 sticks but I could be getting that confused with the '64 lightweight Galaxies which they made more auto than stick in them also.

More autos than sticks. 50 Lightweight Galaxies, 100 T-Bolts were built. I cannot remember the breakdown, but I know there were more autos in both bodies.

Greg got some valuable seat time at CFR and got about 8 passes. He planning on running Brainerd so the world will find the car. Absolutely a great build. Skip Lisell built the hedders you gotta hear.
