Default under carb throttle stop

Hey all, not really familiar with the technology around how these work, but was wondering which under carb throttle stop you would recommend for someone that didn't want to use air or electronic operated units....ie manually adjustable.

Any thoughts?

There is usually a plate system listed in the National Dragster vendor section. It is more like a restrictor plate, but you dont have to remove the carb. The under carb spacer has a slot to access the restrictor plates.
Is that anything like what you are thinking, or are you thinking by a cable?

Definitely under car, and I've heard of spacers that double as adjustable restrictor plates - has anyone used this type? Is like to hear pros and cons or your experience with them.

Thanks....
