wrap around seat belts

i need to get this straightened out, can you use wrap around belts if you have something to stop them from sliding down the bar? i cant find anything in the rule book. if it is legal, are you using a piece of tubing to stop it from moving? thanks ron

Yes you can. Most do it without "stoppers" but It's advised make sure the belts can slide on the bar.
