It looks like the RCI platinum is the way to go. I am tired of being in the middle of the season, and worrying about my belts being out of date. Our first divisional is not until May, and I am trying to get things organized before the start of the season.

Thanks
Sean

Thumbs up Re: Simpson belt recertification

I got the RCI Platinum this year and they are great. Much more comfortable also. $69 and one free recert. Jim

I also have the RCI Platinum. When we had to recertify our junior dragster belts, I had to send them to M&R in New Jersey....however, the interesting part is that they sent them to Stroud in Oklahoma City for the re-cert. Stroud shipped them direct to me.
If you go another route, it wouldn't hurt to check with them, and they were quick.

I sent mine to Stroud last week on Tuesday and they came back this week on Wednesday.
I am good to go for another two years for $78 including shipping.
They told me they only did recert on Stroud belts which I have had now for 6 plus years when Simpson stopped doing the recerts on their belts.
My 2 Cents

I was told a month ago by Stroud that they will not do re-certs any longer???? I just called, and was told $50 for the recert... I must have talked to a disgruntled employee the first time around.

Simpson offer a trade in program to retail customers that is not advertised anywhere. Customer can send us 3 sfi tags and one brand label to us and receive 20% off new set.

Will save you one way shipping and you will still get real Poyester Belts with quality hardware.
