I knew that was the Bridgewater car he was driving but I just assumed he was entered in stock and like Alan said repeating what he is used to doing. I watched the video over and over not to try and find an illegal device but to see if the button was actually hooked up. Its a great video but kinda scary as to what we do when we bracket race. Even if he was entered in stock I dont think there is anything wrong with having a button not hooked up to simulate his superstock car. Hes a great racer...my favourite for sure.

He is the man, no doubt! As far as the button is concerned, i guess it doesnt matter as long as its not hooked up... but, does everyone(assuming thats what he is doin) know what he's up too? I would think if someone saw what i saw, and didnt know, they would probably start askin questions.... Either way, i was just curious... i havent read the rulebook in awhile...

I was impressed by his attention to detail... notice the direction of the outside mirrror and he glances at it. The "Man" knows where he "is".. at all points of the track, even the burnout. Love those "Eyes" Concentration!!! :~)

He was running Dave's stocker in SS. So leaving off the button is allowed. Just like a few years ago. It's more comfortable for him and more consistent, hence leaving the starting line with it. All perfectly legal!

Oh yeah, i noticed his focus and concentration... its running guys like him that make you a better driver... Ive noticed when i run someone that has a history of winning, i tend to do better against them, under that pressure... even though i
should run my own race... i may not beat them, but i put together a better run most of the time....
