About 20 years I saw an original 1960s Carter blueprint for an AFB three barrel. It was for NASCAR Pontiacs but I have no idea if it was ever actually built or run.

It did the secondaries just like Holley - the carb looked identical to a regular AFB until you looked down the secondary throat.
