bob..front end limiters dont work to well on our cars when it comes to wheelstands...Put some good shocks on there....How do I know..lol

I wish I had a photo then at least I wouldn't feel so bad about my flat headers. 4 photographers on site that day but I don't do many wheelies so none were paying attention. I was trying some weight in the trunk and got bit of a suprise.

I'm not so sure that controlling a wheel stand is as important as keeping it straight during a wheel stand. I found out the hard way that the spring tension of the wheelie bars is extremely important. Case and point: my avatar picture is from the Finals in Pomona. The tension on the drivers side wheelie bar spring was tighter than the other, therefore taking the car to the right. In this picture, the car came down about 120 - 150' out and in the wrong lane. Prior to this, it didn't seem to be important. I pay attention to it now. And have not had a problem. I had a good friend tell me: "You know that you are not spinning the tires and dead hooked, if the front end is in the air". (per Steve "Air" Wann)
