Default F-Body Header Options?

Was looking for a few options and advice on what headers to start with. I am trying to build a competitve stocker but not record breaking by any means. I dont think I need a custom set off SS that sets me back a few G's. I have found everything from hooker to Kooks that range from $500-1200. Can you experienced racers recommend a good value product that is going to perform but maybe not break the bank while doing so. Thanks for any help as its much appreciated.

Thanks

Chris

I also had Hedman's. I don't recall the pipe sizes. It was a Stocker......They fit very well and went on easy.

I did have one very difficult spark plug to access on that set. Number 5 I think it was

They came to me from Woodro Josey (Thanks Woodro) and they were built to his specs

He helped me with parts and some advice as I built my own engine and had zero experience with one.
