Does anyone know how fast Ronnie Courtney ran in qualifying? Very odd he has declined the record in GTE. Must be nice on the east coast racing with such good air! Would love to see that here in the midwest sometime, but that's just wishful thinking!

What were the air numbers in Valdosta?

Actually, Ronnie did not get a good back up run. (Spun the tires)
Michael, are you going to hire "Jungle Pam" to back you up?

Guys, don't let the Density Altitude fool you! I was just as fast at Reynolds as at South Georgia last weekend. Many guys I spoke with said they were even a little faster at Reynolds. That guage doesn't tell the whole story. I never saw the track temperature higher than 55 degrees. There were more broken trannys and such from blowing the tires off than I think I have seen in a long time. We are very lucky there were no bad wrecks! Many of the high HP cars broke loose about 7- 800 foot mark. The baro was 29.93 most of the day Sunday. Not exactly mineshaft. The air at Bradenton this year was not as good but the cars were much faster. Just sayin! Jim

I don't see what the big deal is with crossline burnouts. If they would let us do it at all events then maybe the traction issues would disappear.

As for the guy that said Charlie didn't cross the line, who's car were you watching? He totally crossed the line. Does it matter? No, but that just goes to show how people spread false information. Its even on video.

Charlie (Buddy), once again, congratulations on your performance.

It does not matter if you a Wescott fan or not you have to respect the way his car runs and the burnout does not really matter. He went fast period.

David, If you are referring to me, what I said was he didn't cross the line under power and that he let out before the line. I didn't say he didn't cross the line. He certainly did cross the line, but not under power. No false information spread. I was standing there also. Jim
