Wade,
Good idea about extra springs.
One of the reasons I had those AJE bars on the car. Very light. But now illegal.

Guys, Softer rear springs dont just lower the rear end they allow more travel on separation depending on Shock adjustments. Same with front. More compression at rest more length and push on leaving.
60 ft with 52front 48 rear can work by 4 link length and angle adjustments too. Try the lay out of the bars and use that as a map to work through the positions and record what the car likes....You can have TOO much down force which slows also.

I would like to think everyone for all the info, I will put it to good use. Also another problem I am having is to much anti squat, mine is at 142%. Would the car work better if I lower it to 100 or 120%. The car is a 85Olds G-Body with a 307 Olds motor no HP or TQ.

The bad news is that it will cost about $1500 dollars or $15.00 dollars a pound. What I would like to know is, will you see any improvement in your sixty foot or ET by changing the weight distribution. Lets say going to 54% front and 46% rear.
Question, Alan
Looks like those cars will make K or L. Why not go there, if you're worried about not enough weight on the rear axle?
