question for buick boys!

Thanks for all the help guys, I had talked to Bill Baker last night, and he told me the same thing, dont realy need the main cap gerdal! said make sure the oiling system was perfect and shouldent have much problems! What about this core shift i keep reading about? Is this a big problem for our motors? And is bullet the place to call for a buick stocker cam?

Im gona try to get the carb out to Mike Walter soon if i can, to get fresh. And am still trying to find a machine shop around my area that i trust with a buick motor!
