I just started to use the Kestrel 4250, so I'm not quite up to speed yet, but the idea is to collect as much data as possible ( temperature, humidity, altitude density and so forth) to establish a pattern of how your car reacts to changes in the weather and it's effect on performance. Once that information is obtained, you can track changes. Kestrel also offers a data logger to connect the 4250 to a computer to build the Excel spreadsheet that Alan mentioned, too!
Now to find a good ET prediction software package!! Lew
