Ford Racing has discontinued the Sportsman block and the part number for the SVO block is now M-6010-BOSS302 or M-6010-B302BB.

Does that BOSS block accept stock style heads(windsor, gt40, etc.), or does it take a Cleveland Style head?

I wouldn't worry about a stock block at 30 over. I've heard when you start getting over 7000 rpm is where you have trouble, and the block will split. -nothing related to the overbores.
