Trans shield requirements?

I can't seem to get the online 2010 rulebook working yet, my car can run in E/SA and SSGT/HA, do I need a trans shield for either?, or both?

NHRA Rule book says----Any car running quicker than 10.99 also SS/AH thru SS/IA-- not sure about your specific classes--Comp 387

I think all SS need a trans blanket. I could be wrong about it though.
I know I need to have one and I have the slowest index in SS 13.85
