If you are running spacers, and the holes are larger than the wheel studs, you need to make sure that the shoulder of the lugnut engages as far into the spacer as possible. Otherwise the torsional loading and flexing that the stud see's will sheer it.
I had 3 studs break on one pass with my Centerline wheels. Luckly they did not fall off until I turned into my pit space. Now I run 5/8 studs so I do not need shouldered lugnuts. I would also replace all of those studs. Good Luck Sean
