Keep in mind that Todd is asking about clearance on a 1969 Dart, not
a Duster/Volare/Aspen which all have similar wheel opens like a 67-69 Cuda would. The Dart has the least amount of tire clearance and does require wheel lip massaging and like Jeff said about narrowing the housing for clearance.
