IHRA oil pan rule

Recently I was told that the ihra will let stockers run deep pans or after market pans. I only have a nhra rule book so I don't know if this is correct.
Help appreciated on this.

Most CM Stock racers that I know of, including myself, run a deep sump Milodon or Moroso pan.

Thanks guys, just for info..stock can use after market pans or may alter the stock pan but only in the sump area of the pan.
