And thats one nice fine race car! Real fast, nice color combo.
71's were rarer than the 70's, my first "real" car was a 70 Z28, with a M-22, loved the howl of that tranny. Fun nice driving car......decent at 120 plus......not so good in the rain. If I could have bought a similar 67-9 Z it would have been 20K back in 1990, which I couldn't swing, IF I could even had found one, in my autohunter weekly. A fresh college grad makes the most of the situation. Traded the Z28 for a 68 GTX 440 4speed and cash my way we used for my first wedding. Sold the 68 GTX back to its original owner when I needed dough for graduate school. Miss the street cars, but not the tickets. Eric
