Canton seems to do the best job for everything we have seen. We switched to their stuff years ago. No problems even after yanking the pan at the track.

I agree. Used canton pan for years and no problem on my Windsor motor. Mine has the kick outs and baffles in it.

One thing I noticed on these pans is the rear drain bolt. I have a after market rack n pinion steering in the car that is very tight to the pan in the rear. I wonder if it will clear.

The Summit link says it won't fit 4 bolt front and rear mains. I have the M6090 BOSS302 block - 4 bolt mains with two bolt front and rear. Will this fit mine? It's in a 68 Coupe.

The Ford Racing BOSS block was designed to use a stock pan. That's why the front and rear main caps are 2-bolt vs. 4-bolt.

Ford Racing used to use and sell Canton pans but for some reason now has Watson Engineering making them. The Watson pans are more engineered but you do have to pay the price for that. I have seen several different brands of pans on their oval track crate engines.
