The rules say OEM or Accepted aftermarket crank only. Problem is, NHRA lists no aftermarket crank for the 327 Chevy. I'm a ford guy. so that's an assumption.
Technically, there are no aftermarket cranks for any Super Stocks as the list reads Stock Eliminator Aftermarket Cranks. For rods it separates Stock and Super Stock. The list is a bit of a joke. The only listed crank for my 302 Ford is an Eagle part that hasn't been made in 9 years. Eagle has submitted the replacement for approval several times but nothing happens. I just went with a forged crank that matched stock weight and specs. I'll plead dumb if they say anything. Dale
