I put mine on the bottom hole and it seemed to 60ft better but again all cars are different. Mine came "preset" on the upper hole. If you look at all the GM cars on the website they are all on the bottom hole and they are all on the bumper. 1/4 turn preload and setting #1 on the shocks...hooks everywhere even on marginal track.

If you put in the bottom hole it's going to want to pull the wheels not as high but carry them farther out. Your changing your instant center. Allot is going to depend on front to rear weight percentage / horsepower to wheels, etc. It's one of those things your just going to have to experiment with. There is no magic turn that fits all camaro's, however its probably going to be 1/4-1/2 turn. Hope that helps.
