I had one on my new at the time 68 Z-28. The car had zero torque with the factory 3.73 gears, 2.20 low gear trans and by going to a manual secondary set up with the squirters it ran better on the street. The 5:38 gears made it run even better but it was rough to drive on the Washington D.C. beltway with those gears.

Div. tech director said okay as long as I don't grind the divider plate to clean up around the holes.
