Is anyone using oil restrictors in a SHP block using solid lifters? or is it better to flood the oil passages and then restrict at the lifters?
BBC I was working on without restrictors put so much through oil was aerated, and pump sucking air in no time.. once I got lifters restricted it gained about 20-25 LBS oil pressure..
