Just a thought,
The stock Chevrolet blocks and distributors are cast iron with tight clearances on the OD & ID......... MSD is aluminum and is a fits all...... The "O" rings couldn't hurt, but only help getting oil with the least amount of leakage to the lifter galley... Just my 2 cents, Bob
