Default New question for a noob

we are building a 1970 454 450 horse chevelle, I saw in another post someone said 460 horse but on the nhra website it still says 450. Is there another page that shows the nhra corrected or ahfs if this combo has gotten horsepower over the years. Second when I am looking at the classification guide there is a page to the left that shows what i think is the wieght that the car should be but when i calculate the 8.36 X 450 it comes out to more than that number (around 3660) to around 3780 then the 170 comes to almost 4000 lbs. Question is, this puts the car in a/sa do i have to run the 8.36 or can i put the car at 8.0 lbs per hp. when we move down to b/sa do i use the 8.5 lb per hp to get the wieght and lastly will this car fit in aa/sa

sorry so wordy thanks alot.
