Did a couple by placing a floor jack under the front (at the height I wanted it to end up), heated each spring until they sagged and let the floor jack support the car. Once the springs cooled, everything was good to go. Worked great on several '62-'64 Biscayne & Bel Aires.
Just replaced the Moroso fronts on my Nova stocker as they settled over the winter...even with the motor out.
