Chris,
It's a real pain in the ***** to check bearings unless you notch the K member and the bearings need to be checked quite often. I guess if you don't have one of these cars you probably are not aware of that though.
The pan you are recommending is listed as a 4 quart capacity. Do you think that is wise considering the RPM Tom is going to be turning? This is not a warmed over 440 in a street driven Dart.
Tom, If you use one of those pans you are asking for trouble. Take a look at the factory Nascar pans, They are available on ebay once in awhile. You are going to want to notch the K member for clearance no matter which pan you end up buying.
Do not buy one from my buddy in Waldo Florida, He will sell you the ebay one I listed and charge you $300.00 for it. Been there done that. Good luck on your project.
