Default More crap

Saw this on my track website today....I'm getting a little tired of this crap....and dont say to me "well IHRA blah blah" cause IHRA aint up here in the northeast and until I move to a person/racer friendly state like Tennessee (July 2013 !!!) I guess I dont have much choice...

PER DIVISION 1 RULING ,ALL AUXILIARY PIT VEHICLES MUST REGISTER IN TOWER OFFICE FOR THE COST OF $10.00 DOLLARS PLUS PROOF OF INSURANCE WITH A MININUM OF GENERAL LIABILITY OF $300,000. IF YOU DO NOT HAVE PROOF OF INSURANCE YOU CAN BUY FOR THE COST OF $50.00 DOLLARS .THE POLICY IS PROVIDED BY WELLS FARGO,IT IS A COMMERICAL GENERAL LIABILITY POLICY FOR $300,000 PER OCCURRENCE AND ARRREGATED PER EVENT IS INCLUDED WITH YOUR REGISTRATION. THERE WILL BE ON EXCEPTIONS IF YOU DON"T HAVE THE PROOF YOU WILL HAVE TO BUY THE $50.00 POLICY

I'm guessing this is due to drunken ah's or out of control kids causing accidents/damages, and D1/tracks not wanting to be responsible for the cost of any accident...

What happened to controlling the persons responsible and not penalizing the us regular folks...although I would be pissed if one the aforementioned crashed into me/my car/my family.....
