stupid brake question

Hey guys my buddy has a "Pro-Street" Chevette he's trying to put a line-loc on it...he took the front line on master cyl & put the line-loc on it but...it went to the back brakes?? is this right? All the lines around the proportioning valve "LOOK" factory....also when he hits the brakes hard "LOOKS" like the rear slides & the fronts don't?? The car has factory disk up front & some big *** drums in the rear! (also running a set of those 15X33 M/T Sportsmans)
